Emergency Generator Maintenance requirements of CAN CSA-C282 and the Fire Code Presented by Mike August, Manager of Technical Services for Total Power Ltd. Mike has been in the power generation field for over 35 years, EGSA certified, and a Generac Certified Master technician and trainer. Mike is also a member of both the CSA C282 technical committee and CSA B138 technical committee and a founding member of the Fleming College EPG advisory council. Mike will be presenting the maintenance requirements outlined in the CSA-C282 Standard. This will cover fuel storage, weekly inspections, monthly inspections and testing including semi-annual and annual maintenance and testing requirements. Mike will also outline changes within the latest 2015 version.
